This is the team that I have personally been waiting for the whole length of the competition. Despite not being part of this competition, this even makes it better as this guys lights up anything and everything it can possibly put fireworks on!
As usual, Philippines started in its unique way, having fireworks pop every second of the countdown and at the last second, fireworks from MOA building (Last year, the countdown has not even reached zero, we already had fireworks blazing away from MOA building and the barge). As you can see below, I started my camera facing the building, alas...they have tricked me
** STKS Team says This guys did there best in trying to keep the show going despite the technical difficulty they experienced. I would not even set foot on that barge during the technical difficulty!
** Team STKS comments : This video is in HD, real HD...just click on the links and watch it on youtube :) Keep the audio to around 10% to 20% to have a nice balance of music and pyro explosions

At the start of dancing queen (video 2 at around 2 minutes), you can see small lights on the barge...yes, those are not lights, started with 2, then 3, then 4.
You would notice that the fireworks were no longer firing properly at the start of Whitey Houstons "I will always love you" (They only got a few pyros up)
In the middle of Glee's like a Prayer, the display was put to a halt. A few more bloopers by the emcee, add another 5 minutes and the show restarted without warning
Well, despite the fire on the barge, Philippines still hustled on the last 2 minutes of the show and still puts an exclamation point to their presentation
What really happened?
As per Platinum Fireworks facebook account, yes there was a fire on the barge and basically screwed up the presentation, fireworks on the flagpole, MOA building fireworks and other fireworks on the barge was rendered useless that time. It was a live show and it is understandable to expect those problems
Was I satisfied? NO! After seeing last years performance, I know this was nowhere near what they had in mind, just so happen, we encounter "technical difficulties".
Is it worth seeing it next year?
Definitely, with this setback, I'm pretty sure they would do something crazy about next year!
